No, a membership is not required to rent meeting space. All our meeting spaces in NYC can be rented in 30-minute increments. If you have standing offsite meetings or otherwise need recurring, professional space, monthly packages of meeting room hours are available for purchase at a discounted rate.
Meeting and conference room rentals include private use of the space as well as a dedicated support team to welcome you and your guests and to assist with special setup and catering requests. You and your guests will also enjoy access to our suite of onsite amenities, including unlimited gourmet coffee, tea, and snacks. Need extra sustenance for that next board meeting or all-day corporate event? Each of our locations has partnered with local restaurants to offer catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Our onsite teams can provide menus and assistance with placing and setting up orders.
All of our medium and large meeting rooms and some smaller rooms have a projector or large flat-screen monitor for presentations. Most of our meeting rooms have fixed or rolling dry-erase boards, and our on-site team can provide markers or flip charts, if needed. Please discuss any specific needs with us when you reserve your meeting room to ensure that they can be accommodated.
We offer meeting and event space in NYC at three locations. Located in Midtown Manhattan, Chelsea / Flatiron District, and in lower Manhattan in the Financial District, all of our flexible office spaces are centrally located with easy access to transportation and some of NYC's most iconic landmarks. Each location features 2-4 unique spaces for whether you need a small, professional office for you and a colleague to meet in or a large, fully-equipped conference room for board meetings.
