Our standard office package includes a private, furnished office in an inspiring environment with 24x7 access to your office and common areas in the coworking space. Membership also includes a reception staffed by a member of our NYC team to greet guests (M-F; 9am-6pm), fiber-optic Internet and Wi-Fi on your own dedicated VLAN, beverages (coffee and tea selection and premium filtered water), gourmet snacks, access to meeting rooms, WiFi printing (100 black and white copies included), unlimited scanning and faxing, mail delivered to your desk, utilities, and nightly cleaning/janitorial services.
We offer office agreements with flexible terms, ranging from 3 months to 3 years. Extended terms available for Enterprise Office suites at our Wall Street location.
We offer office space in New York City at three unique central locations in Midtown Manhattan, Chelsea / Flatiron District, and Downtown in the Financial District. All of our executive offices feature a central location with easy access to some of NYC's most iconic landmarks, including Columbus Circle, Herald Square, Bryant Park, shopping on Fifth Avenue, Penn Station, and the New York Stock Exchange. Abundant transportation options near our coworking spaces in NYC offer easy access from Brooklyn NY and other surrounding boroughs.
The cost of a private office is variable depending on size, configuration, and location. Individual office pricing starts at $1,200 per month. Dedicated desks cost $650 per month and include a dedicated space in a shared, private office. See our Coworking page for more details.
